We have two main methods we use to remove raccoons:
1) Traditional Trap:
We will place the trap outside of the entrance the raccoons are using to enter the home. The trap will be baited using sardines that have a fragrant scent. Once the trap is triggered and the raccoon is caught, a specialist will be out to relocate the raccoon back to its natural habitat away from your home.
2) Raccoon Eviction:
This method is highly effective if the raccoon will not fall for the traditional trap. This process entails a strobe light, soft music, and applying a scented substance that deters the raccoon from calling your attic home. The strobe light and the music create an unpeaceful environment for the animal, nudging them to move elsewhere. The scented substance is also used to deter the raccoon from making itself comfortable in your home.
